Job Summary

You will manage patient interactions by handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, and registering patients. Support clinical operations by assisting doctors during consultations and procedures, dispensing medication as instructed, processing payments, and submitting insurance claims.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming phone calls to provide timely responses and schedule patient appointments accurately
• Register patients efficiently to ensure smooth clinic operations
• Respond to patient enquiries at the front desk to provide clear and helpful information
• Accompany doctors during consultations to support patient care as needed
• Assist doctors with basic clinical procedures to facilitate effective treatment
• Dispense medication precisely according to doctors’ instructions to ensure patient safety
• Process patient payments accurately to maintain financial records
• Submit insurance, Medisave, and CHAS claims correctly to support patient billing and reimbursement
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic to provide a safe and welcoming environment
• Perform other administrative and clinical duties as assigned to support overall clinic functions
