Role Purpose

To plan, coordinate, monitor and control site execution to ensure manpower, materials, machinery, quality, safety and progress are properly managed while maintaining accurate reporting through company digital systems.

Key Responsibilities

•Project Planning, Scheduling & Site Coordination

•Site Progress, Quality & Safety Monitoring

•Drawing, Specification & Method Statement Review

•Digital Reporting, Documentation & Claims Support

•Problem Solving, Follow-Up & Stakeholder Coordination

Requirements

•Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field

•Fresh graduates may apply for Junior Project Engineer position

•Construction site experience is an advantage

•Able to read drawings and coordinate site activities

•Good communication and interpersonal skills

•Strong follow-up discipline and problem-solving ability

•Able to use Microsoft Excel and digital reporting systems

•Willing to use LARK and company digital systems

•Able to work independently with minimal supervision
