Sales Engineer | Enterprise Data & Integration Platform | Singapore


A global enterprise software vendor is expanding its technical pre-sales team and hiring a Sales Engineer based in Singapore, covering customers across Southeast Asia.


This is a hands-on, senior technical role for someone who can sit between the customer and the product. You'll lead solution design, build proof of concepts, run technical demonstrations and present to both technical and business stakeholders. It suits someone who still likes to get into the detail and write code, not just talk about it.


The Opportunity

Working alongside the sales team, you'll own the technical side of the deal. Designing solutions, running POCs, handling architecture conversations and proving the platform's value to enterprise customers across the region. There's a strong healthcare angle to a lot of the work, so integration experience in that space is a real advantage.


What you'll be doing

  • Leading solution design and technical scoping for enterprise prospects
  • Building and running proof of concepts and product demonstrations
  • Partnering with sales on opportunities from first technical conversation through to close
  • Presenting to technical and non-technical audiences across Southeast Asia
  • Supporting customer architecture and integration discussions


What we're looking for

  • Hands-on object-oriented programming, ideally Java or C# or C++
  • Strong enterprise database knowledge
  • Integration platform experience (SOA, ESB, EAI, ETL)
  • Healthcare integration exposure a strong plus (HL7, FHIR, IHE)
  • Confident in front of customers, comfortable moving between deep technical detail and business value
  • Based in Singapore with the right to work, happy to travel across the region
