Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Operations Manager role based in the Kota Kinabalu District. The Operations Manager will oversee daily travel and tour operations to ensure excellent service delivery. Responsibilities include managing logistics, coordinating with vendors and guides, supervising team performance, implementing best practices, and maintaining compliance with company policies. The role also involves liaising with clients to ensure seamless, high-quality travel experiences while upholding the company's values of sustainability and customer focus.

• Familiarity with the travel and tourism sector, with a focus on ecotourism, is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Management, or a related field
• Fluency in English is required; fluency in additional languages is an advantage
