We are looking for a Growth Marketer who has done this before — someone with hands-on experience growing a developer tool or technical product, who knows how to turn the right developers from curious to active users.

What You'll Do

• Own and run growth experiments across channels: developer communities, content, SEO, open-source ecosystems, and partnerships
• Develop messaging and positioning that resonates with developers building on AI agents and MCP
• Identify and reduce friction in the acquisition and activation funnel - from first GitHub visit to active usage
• Build repeatable playbooks for channels that show traction
• Collaborate with product on growth loops tied to the product experience
• Track and report on growth metrics; use data to decide what to double down on and what to drop

What We're Looking For

• 3–6 years of growth or marketing experience, with direct experience growing a developer tool, API product, or technical open-source project
• Proven ability to drive acquisition and activation - not just traffic or impressions
• Strong understanding of how developers discover, evaluate, and adopt technical tools
• Bias toward experimentation and fast iteration over long planning cycles
• Familiarity with AI tooling, MCP, agent frameworks, or infrastructure products is a strong plus
