Kerja Sepenuh Masa Lifting Supervisor, Gaji tinggi MYR 4,500 di Brightcon Johor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and oversee all lifting activities to ensure compliance with lifting plans, safety procedures, and relevant standards.
• Ensure that all cranes, lifting equipment, and accessories are certified and in good working condition before use.
• Verify the competency and certification of crane operators, riggers, and signalmen.
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings before lifting operations.
• Prepare, review, and approve lifting plans and risk assessments.
• Coordinate with site engineers, safety officers, and subcontractors to ensure safe execution of lifting works.
• Monitor weather conditions and stop lifting activities if unsafe conditions arise.
• Report any lifting incidents, near misses, or equipment malfunctions immediately.
• Maintain proper documentation and records related to lifting activities.
• Ensure all lifting operations are carried out according to company and regulatory HSE requirements.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
