Sepenuh Masa Maintenance Technician Jobs, salary up to MYR 2,300 in Contacthings Solution Sdn Bhd Bukit Mertajam - Maukerja

Job Description:
1. Perform machine, jig and fixture set-up for production during model conversion.

2. Perform troubleshoot, analyze, and repair on machine/jig/tool/fixture if any breakdown. Lesson learnt should discuss with Maintenance Supervisor/Manager for future improvement.

3. Take quick action in case of any jig/equipment broken down, escalate to technician shift leader or higher level, if take time to recover the issue.

4.Preventive Maintenance activities to carry out:

• Monitor daily autonomous maintenance are respected by operators. Escalation to be made to line leader or supervisor if any deviation found.
• Conduct jig/equipment servicing based on schedule given, with weekly/bi-weekly/monthly/yearly basis.
• Ensure production line’s centering jigs and voice coil holders are clean. Any damage of dirty centering tool and holders are required remove from the line, either clean it or scrap it.
• Any new related preventive maintenance also needed to perform based on organization’s direction.

5. Predictive Maintenance activities to carry out:

• Manual and automatic soldering tip change based on calculation.
• UV lamp change based on lifetime defined.
• Riveting tool change based on lifetime defined.
• Any new related predictive maintenance also needed to perform based on organization’s direction.

6. Chemical and schedule waste related activities to carry out:

• Manage chemical under chemical mixing room according to environmental and safety validity compliance and regulations.
• Prepare, mixing and stir glue base on production requirement only.
• Refill glue to glue tank before production start and break time with records.
• Collect all schedule waste and place at waste schedule storage area.

7. Support Process Engineer in new/existing production line machine setup for new PPCP/PCP. Must ensure all set-up (mechanical and electrical) are compliance with company and safety standard.

8. To support initial and periodical MSA/GR&R for new machines or relocated machines baseon PSS/customer requirements.

9. Understand of HIRARC and DOSH requirement and always check the machine safety. Identify the risk in term of safety, process, and product. Suggest the improvement to increase the safety awareness of people and condition.

10. Maintain good housekeeping at maintenance room, spare part room, glue mixing room, production line and workplace.

11. Participate in daily maintenance team meeting and any other line related meeting when required.

12. Maintain spare parts and trigger for purchase when item quantity lower than safety stock in daily production day.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum SKM Level or Diploma in Engineering/Maintenance and related course.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as Maintenance Technician in Manufacturing field.
• Have working experience in Speaker Audio Maintenance is advantage.
• Fresh graduate who are looking for work experience also are encouraged to apply.
• Willing to work overtime on Friday, Saturday or Sunday (on alternate).
• Willing to work on shift.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
