General:

The Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily security operations, ensuring compliance with security policies and procedures, supervising security personnel, and maintaining a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, assets, and facilities. The role involves monitoring security activities, managing incidents, preparing operational reports, and coordinating emergency responses.

Key responsibilities:

1. Supervise and monitor the daily activities of security personnel.

2. Ensure all security posts and patrol duties are carried out effectively.

3. Prepare and manage duty rosters and shift schedules.

4. Conduct regular inspections to ensure operational readiness.

5. Lead, train, mentor, and evaluate security officers.

6. Monitor attendance, discipline, and performance of security staff.

7. Conduct briefings and ensure staff are updated on operational requirements.

8. Ensure compliance with company security policies, SOPs, and regulations.

9. Monitor adherence to access control procedures and security protocols.

10. Implement corrective actions for any non-compliance issues.

11. Coordinate and respond to security incidents, emergencies, and crisis situations.

12. Conduct preliminary investigations into security breaches, theft, vandalism, accidents, or other incidents.

13. Prepare detailed incident reports and recommend preventive measures.

14. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly security operation reports.

15. Maintain accurate records of incidents, inspections, patrols, and security activities.

16. Submit reports and recommendations to management.

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
