Support Engineer Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in application/technical/software support. (Fresh graduates are highly recommended)
- Basic Understanding of web, mobile, backend API, and database flow.
- Understand, familiar and experienced with Flutter/Dart, JavaScript, Laravel, SQL Databases, Postman, Node.js or other related tools
- Experienced with debugging mobile apps (Android/iOS)
- Knowledge of payment systems (FPX, QR Payment, etc.)
- Able to review logs and identify technical errors.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills.
- Good communication and issue handling discipline
- Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in Application Support, Technical Support, Software Engineering, IoT Systems, or Full Stack Development.
- Experience with Flutter (Dart) mobile application development, debugging, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with PHP and Laravel framework for web dashboard and backend development.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, API integration, and API troubleshooting.
- Experience with MySQL database management, SQL query writing, and database troubleshootng.
- Familiarity with database management tools such as TablePlus, phpMyAdmin, or similar tools.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud services.
- Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems and server administration.
- Experience working with NVIDIA Jetson Orin Nano, edge computing devices, or similar embedded Linux platforms.
- Understanding of IoT architecture, telemetry data flow, and device-to-cloud communication.
- Ability to analyze logs, system metrics, and network connectivity issues.
- Experience using debugging and testing tools such as Postman, SSH, Linux command-line tools, and monitoring platforms.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage incidents, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure.
Job Description (Software & Hardware)
- Provide second-level application support for mobile, web, backend API, and database related issues.
- Investigate and reproduce reported incidents from users and internal teams.
- Analyze request/response, logs, and database records to determine root cause area.
- Differentiate between user issue, data issue, configuration issue, system issue, and software defect.
- Perform API testing and database validation.
- Prepare complete and structured escalation to software developer when code-level action is needed.
- Perform retesting after bug fix or deployment.
- Maintain issue records and support documentation.
- Provide Level 2 technical support for mobile applications, web dashboards, backend APIs, cloud infrastructure, and IoT devices.
- Investigate and troubleshoot issues across Flutter mobile applications, Laravel dashboards, backend services, databases, and cloud environments.
- Monitor application, server, and device logs to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
- Support deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Azure Cloud.
- Perform API testing, validation, and debugging using appropriate tools.
- Analyze MySQL databases, validate data integrity, and execute SQL queries for troubleshooting and reporting.
- Support NVIDIA Jetson Orin Nano and edge computing devices, including device-to-cloud communication and connectivity issues.
- Coordinate with developers and engineers to resolve application defects and infrastructure-related incidents.
- Assist in system deployment, configuration, monitoring, and post-release verification.
- Maintain technical documentation, incident reports, troubleshooting guides, and support procedures.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability, performance, and support processes
