Job Description

Responsibilities

  • To preparing admin report as and when required by the Management.
  • Process, organize and maintain necessary documentation, files and records.
  • Liase and support all departments on any administrative matters.
  • Maintaining records of contracts, agreements, and other official documents.
  • Ensuring proper filing and retrieval systems are in place.
  • Overseeing daily office operations to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Managing office supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
  • Providing administration support, including staff attendance, company car maintenance, road tax
  • Any other relevant duties will be assigned from time to time by the management.

Requirements:

  • Familiar with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint & Excel.
  • Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
  • Good self-discipline, driven and motivated.
  • Able to multitask & fill in the gaps as and when required.
  • Good organizational, administrative & coordination skills.
  • Possess good interpersonal skills.
  • Fast learner, independent and reliable (can work with minimum supervision)
  • Can start work immediately.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
