- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tenders and meet strict deadlines.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

Job description

1. Tender Management

  • Monitor and identify tender opportunities from government and private sectors.
  • Prepare, compile, and submit tender documents within the specified deadlines.
  • Ensure all tender requirements, supporting documents, and compliance criteria are fulfilled accurately as per submission guidelines.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to gather information and documentation required for tender submissions.

2. Documentation & Compliance

  • Maintain and organize tender records, contracts, and related documentation.
  • Ensure all company certificates, licenses, and supporting documents are updated and readily available.
  • Maintain proper filing systems for both hardcopy and softcopy documents.

3. Coordination & Communication

  • Liaise with clients and 3rd party licensee regarding tender-related matters.
  • Assist in arranging tender briefings, site visits, and submission processes.

4. Administrative Support

  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and other administrative documents related to tender activities.
  • Update and maintain tender tracking records and submission status.
  • Perform ad hoc duties assigned by management from time to time.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month

Work Location: In person
