• Responsibilities
• Taking off quantities, sourcing sub-contractors & suppliers, pricing and preparation of tender submission
• Evaluation of price comparison and costing summary
• Project administration and documentation include preparation of interim valuations, pricing and agreement of contract variations, update of claim submissions, preparation of final accounts
• Manage main con progress claims and subcon payment responses
• Manage VO/EOT claims
• Support tender processes include attending tender interviews
• Negotiation and award of subcons and suppliers
• All other duties as per assigned by superior

Requirement

• Diploma/Degree holders in Quantity Surveying/Building or equivalent from a recognized institution/University
• Min 4 - 5 years working experience
• Knowledge of building condition of contract
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Be meticulous, analytical with excellent problem-solving skills, proactive, a good team player & able to meet tight deadlines

Pay: $3,500.00 - $5,500.00 per month
