Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Johore Bahru for a Senior Project Architect. The role involves overseeing architectural design, managing project teams, and ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets, and regulations. Key responsibilities include developing detailed designs, reviewing submittals, coordinating with consultants and clients, and ensuring adherence to sustainability and design best practices. The Project Architect will work collaboratively with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality projects.

Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Architecture and knowledge in Building Information Modeling (BIM).
- Experience in Project Management, including coordination and execution of deliverables.
- Knowledge of Submittals and regulatory compliance processes.
- Familiarity with Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) principles and sustainability practices.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related discipline.
- Professional licensure or certification in Architecture is preferred.
- Experience in large-scale projects and international collaboration is advantageous.
