We are looking for a skilled and analytical Data Scientist to join our team. In this role, you will analyze large datasets, build predictive models, generate actionable insights, and support business decisions through data-driven strategies. We are seeking a candidate with strong expertise in machine learning, statistical analysis, and data visualization.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
• Develop predictive and prescriptive models using machine learning techniques.
• Design and implement scalable data pipelines and automation workflows.
• Identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities to drive strategic decisions.
• Build interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations for stakeholders.
• Partner with business teams, product managers, and engineers to solve complex problems.
• Conduct A/B testing, statistical analysis, and hypothesis validation.
• Optimize existing models and algorithms for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
• Translate findings into clear recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance standards are consistently maintained.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in a Data Science or Analytics role.
• Strong proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and common data manipulation libraries (e.g., pandas, dplyr).
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, scikit-learn, or PyTorch.
• Solid understanding of statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and core AI concepts.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Experience working with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Knowledge of big data technologies such as Spark, Hadoop, or Databricks.
• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech.
• Exposure to Generative AI, NLP, or deep learning projects.
• Familiarity with MLOps and model deployment practices.
