Senior Electrical Engineer

Important: This role is open only to candidates currently based in Malaysia with valid work authorization.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise a team of site supervisors and subcontractors.
• Liaise and coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Attend site inspections, site walks, project meetings, and progress reviews.
• Prepare, review, and submit project-related documentation.
• Assist management in planning and executing project activities.
• Develop work schedules, project progress reports, and presentation materials.
• Prepare technical proposals and submissions for clients and relevant authorities.
• Organize and coordinate project meetings.
• Ensure compliance with QA/QC standards and Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) requirements.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in the electrical construction industry.
• Experience managing site activities, contractors, and project documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and AutoCAD.
• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work on project sites as required.
• Experience in data center projects will be an added advantage.

Junior Electrical Engineer

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in electrical construction projects are an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Good multitasking and organizational abilities.
• Willing to work on-site and travel when required.
• Exposure to electrical construction projects is preferred.
• Experience in data center projects will be an added advantage.
