The Lead, Network Solution is responsible for the end-to-end ownership, management, and delivery of network infrastructure solutions across Data Networking, Wi-Fi, and global/regional network initiatives. The role translates business requirements into scalable, standards-compliant network solutions and coordinates internal teams, vendors, and outsourced resources to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery. The position also drives AI/ML adoption within the network environment, leveraging telemetry, automation, predictive analytics, and observability platforms to improve network performance, operational efficiency, MTTR, and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather network requirements and design solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
- Provide technical consulting, solution design, and implementation planning.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and service providers for successful project delivery.
- Oversee implementation, change management, hypercare, documentation, and operational handover.
- Support regional and global network initiatives and act as an escalation point for complex projects.
- Lead network modernization through AI/ML-driven observability, automation, and predictive operations.
- Collaborate with Network Engineering, Security, Cloud, Data Science, and Operations teams.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and executive summaries to demonstrate network performance and business impact.
- Integrate AI insights into automation workflows and ensure compliance with governance, security, and privacy requirements.
- Supervise outsourced network resources and support technology/vendor selection activities.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). Preferred CCNA/CCNP or equivalent networking certifications.
- 6 years of experience in network infrastructure, solution design, and project delivery.
- Strong knowledge of Cloud, LAN, WAN, Wireless, and at least two of the following: SD-WAN, Nexus Switching, WWAN, IPAM, Telco Management, F5/Load Balancing, Anycast, EIGRP/BGP.
- Experience with network automation and AI-driven monitoring platforms (e.g., Itential, LogicMonitor, SelectorAI preferred).
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and manage complex network deployments.
- Experience working in global, multi-region enterprise environments.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and customer service skills.
- Willingness to support implementations during evenings and weekends when required.
- Experience in regulated industries such as Healthcare or Pharmaceuticals.
- Exposure to AI governance, model explainability, data privacy, and security best practices.
