Roles And Responsibilities:
Handle customer Request for Quotation (RFQ), pricing tabulation, and quote preparation.
Verify customer Purchase Orders (POs), confirm pricing, and process sales orders in the Oracle system.
Coordinate fulfilment activities including PO delivery schedules, shipping arrangements, and invoicing.
Generate Discrete Jobs (DJs), update material requirements, and close jobs upon assembly completion.
Follow up with customers to ensure timely payments.
Liaise with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Production to ensure smooth project execution aligned with customer timelines.
Track program milestones, issues, and internal progress to ensure commitments are met.
Coordinate internal reviews and actions needed to fulfil customer requirements and resolve escalations.
Support project documentation and internal process alignment for NPI or customer-specific projects.
Work closely with the Business Development Manager and other department heads to sustain a high level of customer satisfaction and continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills -
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and ERP/MRP systems (Oracle preferred)
Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask under pressure
Independent, adaptable, and a team player with a customer-focused mindset
