Job Description
Are you looking for a hands-on internship where you can develop real-world skills in events coordination, operations, and leadership training and development? Join the Forest Wolf team, and gain invaluable experience working on impactful programmes that help individuals and teams grow.
You'll be part of a dynamic, fast-paced environment, collaborating with our Operations Team to organize, coordinate, and ensure the smooth execution of both online and in-person programmes. If you're detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn, this role is for you!
What You’ll Do – Key Responsibilities:
Support Training & Event Operations
Manage Training Materials & Logistics
Programme Support & Continuous Improvement
Who We’re Looking For – Qualifications & Skills:
University undergraduate or polytechnic student from any discipline (Psychology preferred, but we’ve had great candidates from other fields like Social Sciences, Communications, Media, Business as well).
Strong organizational and leadership skills – if you’ve helped plan school events, led a CCA, or managed projects, we want to hear from you!
A keen learner with a growth mindset – our ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, has a strong sense of responsibility, and eager to take on challenges.
Tech-savvy & quick to pick up new tools – existing experience with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Drive, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Video Production is a major plus.
Strong communication & teamwork skills – comfortable interacting with different stakeholders and working in a collaborative environment, both in-person and remotely.

Location: Singapore (Hybrid – 40% remote work with 60% in-person including event support when needed)
Duration: Minimum of 3 months - 6 months
