Tanggungjawab

1. Customer Communication

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, delivery status, and product information.

2. Sales Order Processing

  • Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, and invoices.

3. Documentation & Filing

  • Maintain proper records of sales documents such as purchase orders, delivery orders, and invoices.

4. Coordination with Internal Departments

  • Coordinate with the sales team, production, and warehouse to ensure orders are processed and delivered on time.

5. Sales Data

  • Update sales data in the system

6. Customer Database Management

  • Maintain and update customer information in the system.

7. Administrative Support

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team such as preparing reports, schedules, and documents.
