Job Description
- Assist in event planning, preparation, and coordination
- Support in sourcing suppliers, venues, and materials
- Prepare event materials, props, and equipment
- Communicate with vendors and crew for event arrangements
- Assist in on-site event setup, registration, and crowd control
- Handle guest registration and ushering duties during events
- Provide on-ground support to ensure event flow runs smoothly
- Assist in dismantling and packing after event
- Help in preparing event reports and documentation after the event
- Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by the event manager
Job Requirements
- Able to prepare proposals, quotations, and simple presentations (PowerPoint/Google Slides/Canva)
- Good in sourcing vendors, comparing prices, and basic negotiation
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Willing to work overtime or weekends when events require
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Must have own transportation
