Job Responsibilities

• Safely drive and transport the Director, family members, or designated personnel to appointments, meetings, and other destinations.
• Plan routes and ensure timely arrival while considering traffic and road conditions.
• Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and overall condition of the assigned vehicle.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and arrange servicing, maintenance, repairs, and renewals when necessary.
• Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, tolls, and maintenance expenses.
• Ensure all vehicle documents, road tax, and insurance are valid and up to date.
• Handle confidential information and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
• Be available for overtime, weekend duties, and outstation travel when required.
• Assist with ad hoc errands and assignments as directed by the Director.

Requirements

• Possess a valid Malaysian Class D driving license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Personal Driver, Company Driver.
• Familiar with Klang Valley roads and able to use navigation applications effectively.
• Punctual, responsible, trustworthy, and well-groomed.
• Good driving skills with a strong focus on safety and defensive driving.
• Physically fit and in good health.
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays when required.
• Must maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism.
