Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Human Resource Intern to support the Compensation & Benefits Unit within our HR Department. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience, particularly in managing staff entitlements, uniform distribution, insurance administration, and HR documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in uniform management including inventory tracking, distribution, and coordination with vendors
- Support the administration and renewal of staff insurance plans, including medical and personal accident policies
- Help maintain and update records related to employee benefits, allowances, and claims
- Assist in preparing letters, reports, and memos related to HR compensation and benefit matters
- Support staff inquiries related to uniform, insurance, and other benefit-related matters
- Help in data entry and filing of HR documents and staff records
- Assist in compiling data for HR audits, reviews, or internal reporting
- Coordinate with other departments and external vendors as required
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the Compensation & Benefits team
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to maintain confidentiality
- Good communication skills and a team-player attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Willing to learn and assist in a fast-paced HR environment
- Able to commit for the full internship duration
