Kerja Sepenuh Masa Facility Maintenance Engineer, Gaji tinggi MYR 4,000 di Executive Compass Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

1. Oversee the construction of new facilities, ensuring they are functional, efficient, and safe.

2. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for all facilities and equipment.

3. Manage and supervise facility maintenance staff, contractors, and vendors.

4. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with local and federal regulations.

5. Identify opportunities to improve energy efficiency and sustainability and implement solutions as appropriate.

6. Work with other departments to identify and prioritize safety projects, facility-related projects and allocate resources accordingly.

7. Ensure that all facilities are equipped with necessary safety equipment and that staff is trained to use it.

8. Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities, as well as expenses.

9. Provide technical support and guidance to other departments as needed.

10. Other duties as assigned.

Skills and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety Management, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field of study is required.
• 3-5 years’ experience in a facilities and / or relevant role.
• Certification level training on EH&S standards along with industrial hygiene and environmental requirements.
