Position : Software Engineer (C# .Net)

Salary : RM 4,500 – RM 6,000

Location : Uptown Damansara, PJ

Working Hours : 8.30am – 5.30pm (Monday – Friday)

Job Summary

We are seeking a Software Engineer (C# .NET) to design, develop, and maintain scalable business applications using Microsoft .NET technologies. The role involves working with both modern and legacy systems, integrating APIs, and managing database-driven applications to deliver reliable and high-performance solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance applications using C# and .NET (Core and/or Framework).
  • Design and implement new features with focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and web services.
  • Design, optimize, and maintain MS SQL and Firebird database queries.
  • Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including requirements, design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software issues and system defects.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Support system enhancements, migrations, and ongoing improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong experience in C# and .NET Core and/or .NET Framework.
  • Experience in RESTful API development and system integration.
  • Strong knowledge of MS SQL and Firebird databases, including query optimization.
  • Familiarity with Git/Bitbucket and task management tools such as Jira.
  • Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail.

Pay: Up to RM6,000.00 per month
