Tanggungjawab

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily deliveries and shipment schedules.
  • Monitor shipment status and provide updates to customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve delivery issues.
  • Prepare and maintain logistics documents and records.
  • Liaise with drivers, warehouse, and customers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support administrative and reporting tasks.

Requirements:

  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office).
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Experience in logistics or customer service is an advantage.

Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month

Education:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Required)

Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (Required)

Language:

  • Bahasa Malaysia (Required)
  • English (Required)

Location:

  • Johor Bahru (Required)
