Summary
The Inventory Control Associate is responsible for ensuring accurate warehouse inventory management, maintaining system stock integrity, and supporting daily warehouse operations, stock audits, and reporting activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Report to Supervisor; support daily review of inventory activities by Inventory Manager.
- Perform physical stock counts, audits (empty location/put-away), and reconcile system vs physical stock.
- Execute daily inventory transactions (receiving, issuing, transferring, stock adjustments).
- Maintain accurate records in Oracle Warehouse Management System.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages, overstock, or discrepancies.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Support stock reconciliation during month-end, period-end, and annual audits.
- Ensure proper storage, labelling, compliance, and support ad-hoc tasks; may work rotating shifts.
Requirements
- Urgent hiring (Onboarding required in June/July 2026)
- Open to all races (new headcount)
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in warehouse, inventory, or logistics operations (mandatory)
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Excel, Word, email); WMS/ERP experience is an advantage
- Willing to work in a warehouse environment and perform physical stock checks
- Must be willing to work flexible shift schedules
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
