Job Summary:

Responsible for supporting daily sales and administrative operations to ensure smooth order processing, customer service, and e-commerce performance

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with inquiries, order updates, and after-sales support through calls, whatsapp, email and others online platform.
• Assist to atted walk-in customers
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
• Managing and updating company databases
• Perform cash management and bank reconciliation activities in accordance with company procedures
• Manage and administrate shop petty cash, sales report, and client records
• Assist to prepare quotation, PO, invoice and perform data entry and responsible to update customer on job order/status
• Host and conduct TikTok Shop and Shopee Live Session to promote products and increase sales.
• Interact with viewers professionally and answer product-related inquiries during live sessions.
• Assist in planning, creating, and appearing as on-screen talent for social media and promotional content

Requirements:

• At least SPM
• Comfortable appearing on camera and conducting TikTok / Shopee Live sessions.
• Familiar with invoicing and administrative processes.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Creative, confident, organized, and able to work independently.

Working Hours:

Monday: Off Day

Tuesday-Saturday: 9am-6pm

Sunday: 9am-4pm

Location: 63 Auto Detailing by Prestige, 4, Jalan Empat, Chan Sow Lin, 55200 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
