Position: Machine Operator (Plastic Injection Moulding)

Reports To: Production Supervisor
Job Summary
The Machine Operator is responsible for operating plastic injection moulding machines, ensuring products are produced according to quality requirements, and maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate plastic injection moulding machines according to work instructions.
- Monitor machine performance and report any abnormalities to the supervisor.
- Perform basic machine start-up and shutdown procedures.
- Inspect products for defects and ensure quality standards are met.
- Trim, pack, and label finished products as required.
- Record production output and downtime accurately.
- Assist with mould changes and machine cleaning when required.
- Maintain cleanliness of the production area and equipment.
- Follow company safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Support supervisors and team members in achieving production targets.
Requirements
- Minimum secondary school education (SPM or equivalent).
- Experience in plastic injection moulding is an advantage.
- Able to work on rotating shifts, overtime, weekends, and public holidays when required.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of quality inspection and production processes.
- Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Salary: To be determined based on qualifications and experience.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Pay: RM1,453.33 - RM2,500.00 per month
