We are looking for a dedicated and skilled AC Technician to join our Engineering team. The ideal candidate will ensure all air-conditioning systems are well-maintained to support guest comfort and smooth hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Carry out maintenance and repair for all types of air-conditioning systems (Split Unit, VRV/VRF, Chiller, AHU)

· Perform preventive maintenance according to schedule

· Troubleshoot and resolve system breakdowns promptly

· Ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency of HVAC systems

· Support daily hotel operations by maintaining guest rooms and public area cooling systems

· Maintain proper maintenance records and reports

· Comply with hotel safety and engineering standards

Requirements:

· Certificate/Diploma in Air-Conditioning & Refrigeration or equivalent

· Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in hotel/hospitality industry

· Strong knowledge of HVAC systems (VRV/VRF and chiller experience is an advantage)

· Able to work independently and under shift duties (including weekends & public holidays)

· Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

· Team-oriented and responsible

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
