Job Description

• Lead the strategy, architecture, operations, and modernization of enterprise technology platforms supporting critical business functions.
• Drive platform transformation initiatives including cloud adoption, system modernization, automation, and engineering excellence.
• Oversee platform reliability, scalability, security, and service availability to ensure seamless business operations.
• Partner closely with business leaders, technology teams, enterprise architects, and regional stakeholders to align platform capabilities with business objectives.
• Manage technology vendors, budgets, delivery governance, and platform roadmaps.
• Build, lead, and develop high-performing engineering and platform teams across multiple locations.

Job Requirements

• 15+ years of technology experience with proven leadership in platform engineering, application development, infrastructure, or enterprise technology environments.
• Strong experience managing large-scale, customer-facing digital platforms with high transaction volumes.
• Hands-on exposure to cloud technologies, platform modernization, DevSecOps, and enterprise architecture.
• Experience leading sizeable technology teams and managing senior business stakeholders.
• Track record of driving digital transformation, operational excellence, and platform resilience within complex enterprise environments.
