• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
• At least 1 year of prior experience in inventory, warehouse, or admin role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
• Familiar with inventory management system (eg. SiteGiant) is an advantage.
• Good organizational, leadership, and time management skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle discrepancies effectively. 
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Inventory Coordinator to manage and support daily inventory operations. This role is crucial in ensuring accurate stock records, smooth inventory flow, and proper coordination between warehouse, sales, and procurement teams.

You will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, updating system records, and supporting overall stock control processes in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update daily inventory records accurately in the inventory system.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure inventory data matches physical stock.
• Assist in stock receiving, checking, labeling, and system entry.
• Perform regular stock checks and inventory reconciliation.
• Track inventory movement including incoming, outgoing, returns, and adjustments.
• Coordinate with warehouse, retail, sales, and procurement teams regarding stock availability.
• Identify and report stock discrepancies, damages, or shortages.
• Support order fulfillment by ensuring accurate stock allocation.
• Generate basic inventory reports for management review.
• Ensure proper filing and documentation of inventory-related records.
• Assist in improving inventory control processes and system accuracy.
