Specific Responsibility, Accountability & Authority:

1. Responsible to the Project Architect and will liaise with the Senior Project Executive and Technicians.

2. Assist in the day-to-day executive work including design presentations, production of drawings, project correspondence and meeting minutes.

3. Liaising with suppliers’ representatives for building specifications.

4. Reports to Project Architect on all design and technical matters.

5. Assist in conceptual & detail Design Development.

6. Tender Documentation and Construction Drawings

7. Assis the Senior Project Executive in the preparation of submission drawings and documents.

8. Assistant to Project Architect in regard to the following:-

· Liaison with consultants.

· Site inspection

· Attend consultants / site meetings

· Assist in the architectural co-ordination, organisation & preparation of construction documents and drawings.

· Preparing drafts of the following:-

- Minutes of meeting

- Material specifications and schedule of finishes

· Liaison with suppliers & contractors.
