Kerja Sepenuh Masa Architectural Coordinator, Gaji tinggi SGD 2,600 di HUA LEONG GROUP PTE. LTD. Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

- Liaise/correspondence with HQ, clients, authorities, consultants, QS, purchaser, sub-contractors and stakeholders in regard with site matters.

- Update master list and transmit to all parties the receiving of architectural, structural and M&E construction drawings.

- Monitor sub-contract shop drawings for submission and approval.

- Monitor materials sample submission for consultant/client approval.

- Monitor and ensure that all discrepancies of drawings/information are resolved in the shortest time.

- Daily monitor site activities and report back to Project Manager of site progress against planned schedule & target milestones. To perform daily site inspection to ensure work progress is up to speed and concurrently ensure works performed comply with safe work methods.

- To daily resolve site problems either with the structure Engineer, Architectural Coordinator, M&E Engineer or Resident Engineer to achieve smooth operation at site.

- Inspect and check site works to ensure all works comply with contract and specifications. And to accompany client's architect/stakeholders for site walk and inspection.

- Attend technical/progress meeting and conduct site meetings as and when require.
