Kerja Sepenuh Masa QA-QC Engineer, Gaji tinggi SGD 2,500 di MIT SEMICONDUCTOR PTE. LTD. Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

He/She will be responsible for the full spectrum of the Group’s Quality Assurance and Quality Control functions to oversee   all equipment buy-off (IBO and CBO) requirements as well as to manage internal and externally driven CARS to ensure timely closure and response. He/ She will also review and update all related QA/QC process/systems and operations work flow and spearhead improvement initiatives to drive performance beyond mere conformance to standards. This will include driving quality performance of the supply chain and overseeing supplier quality audits and qualification (or re-certification) of existing as well as new vendors at site to support the Group’s Supply chain development efforts

Within the scope of IQC, the incumbent will lead and guide a team of IQC personnel to perform First article analysis, parts inspection and vendor qualification.  He/she will review quality performance reports and data and implement corrective and enforcement actions to ensure that supplier quality standards are raised and continually improved.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Possess a Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical/Production/Mechatronics Engineering, At least 5years related QA/QC working experience in a manufacturing environment
• Good knowledge of metrology requirements with teaching skills (using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height & Depth Gauge, Profile Projector, Gauge Black and Smart Scope)
• Strong problem-solving (e.g. 8D discipline, FMEA) and communication skills
• Have a penchant for details and strict with documentation compliance
• Independent and initiative to develop and drive quality improvement programs
