Join our Singapore team to apply your systems experience and passion for cybersecurity in a technical role focused on system management and support. Knowledge of Microsoft Security Solutions will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage installed systems and infrastructure to maintain operational stability and prevent downtime
• Configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software, and system management tools to optimize performance
• Ensure continuous availability of technical resources to support seamless business operations
• Collaborate with Pre-sales and Post-sales teams to address client technical requirements and deliver effective solutions

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent
• Knowledge of Microsoft Technologies and Identity Management concepts to enhance system support capabilities
• Ability to work independently to manage tasks and resolve technical issues effectively
• Minimum 2 years of system support experience, preferably in an enterprise environment
• Basic understanding of system fundamentals
