Aksa Far East Pte Ltd is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support daily business operations, particularly in import and export activities. The role involves coordinating shipment processes, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

·      Manage and follow up on shipment processes and documentation for import, export, and local sales

·      Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and logistics partners to ensure smooth delivery processes

·      Prepare and issue invoices and proforma invoices

·      Support Letter of Credit (LC) documentation and processing

·      Prepare regular management reports, including stock, sales, and open order reports

·      Act as a liaison between internal teams, management, and external partners

·      Provide general operational support to ensure efficient business workflow

·      Adapt to changing business needs, including new systems, tools, and processes

·      Report directly to the Managing Director

Requirements

·      Minimum 3–4 years of experience in operations, preferably in import/export or trading environment

·      Diploma or Degree in a related field is preferred

·      Good understanding of Letter of Credit (LC) processes will be an advantage

·      Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

·      Proficient in coordination, multitasking, and problem-solving

·      Detail-oriented with a proactive and positive working attitude

·      Able to work independently and support operational requirements as needed

Salary

Gross salary approximately SGD 3,500 per month, negotiable based on experience.
