Kerja Sepenuh Masa Lab Engineer, Gaji tinggi SGD 3,800 di HERAEUS MATERIALS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities: 

• Managing lab technician/associate ICP-OES analysis and other lab activities to support the manufacturing of our product
• Organize and maintain lab document and records, proper housekeeping and equipment maintenance
• Raise payment request and monitor and maintain optimum inventory level for pure metals, masteralloys and lab supplies through proper planning and scheduling.
• Troubleshoot and solve the daily analysis related issues. Review analysis report periodically for abnormalities. Raise MRB and initiate meeting if found any abnormalities during lab testing.
• Monitor equipment condition, calibration, preventive maintenance. Liaise with vendor to fix the breakdown equipment
• Define work instruction, procedure and record form for lab technician and operation
• Update statistical data and monitor SPC trend
• Enforce and ensure compliances to 6S requirements and ICP lab procedures and work instructions
• Maintain proper backup and functioning of various databases in the lab
• Plan daily activities to improve the lab workflow and efficiency
• Manage lab CAPEX ad survey for SIS in BW, raise ticket to global EHS.
• Ad hoc project and tasks that may arise and allocated by immediate supervisor. Support operations like CAR/Work Cell/SWR activities

Job Requirement: 

• Min degree in Chemical Process Technology or chemical engineering, chemistry related studies
• Min 4 years of laboratory experiences
• Working knowledge of laboratory is necessary
• Experience in ICP-OES, IC, XRF, UV-Vis, titrator is advantage
