Key Responsibilities

• 
  Assist and support overall Quality Management (QA & QC) initiatives across facilities management programs
• .Monitor and perform QA/QC evaluations on contractors' works and services to maintain service delivery standards
• .Conduct thorough site inspections and review technical documentation to prepare and submit detailed QA/QC audit reports
• .Track, manage, and ensure the successful, timely closure of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
• .Proactively identify and highlight major risks, red flags, and systemic issues to leadership
• .Provide necessary support during external audits to maintain strict compliance with contract requirements

• tsMinimum Diploma in Facilities Management, Building Services, Workplace Safety & Health (WSH), or an equivalent fiel
• d.Fresh graduates possessing relevant qualifications are welcome and encouraged to appl
• y.At least 1 year of relevant experience in Quality Management, Building, or Engineering is preferre
• d.Foundational familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS), ISO standards, and WSH practice
