Full Time Despatch Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,000 in KHOO SOON LEE REALTY SDN BHD Johor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• To collect, deliver, and distribute documents, parcels, cheques, and other company-related items in a timely and efficient manner.
• To ensure all deliveries and collections are carried out accurately and within the stipulated deadlines.
• To perform banking-related transactions, including cheque deposits, document submissions, and other official banking matters.
• To maintain strict confidentiality of all company documents, information, and records at all times.
• To act as a company driver when dispatch duties are not required and as assigned by Management.
• To ensure that company vehicles are maintained in a clean, safe, and roadworthy condition at all times.
• To represent the Company professionally and courteously when dealing with clients, vendors, government authorities, and other external parties.
• To comply with all Company policies, procedures, rules, and safety requirements.
• To undertake any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management from time to time.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
• Possess a valid Malaysian driving license (Class B2/B and D) with a good driving record.
• Familiar with roads and routes within Johor Bahru and surrounding areas.
• Responsible, honest, trustworthy, and able to work independently.
• Good time management and communication skills.
• Physically fit and able to travel frequently.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Willing to work in Johor Bahru.

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
