• Efficiently process customer orders to meet delivery timelines and expectations.
• Utilize handheld units and follow the Warehouse Management System to accurately pick items from the inventory.
• Inspect all products for any damage or faults before packaging them for delivery.
• Safely and securely pack products to ensure safe transit to customers.
• Handle shipping and fulfillment tasks in the warehouse's inventory systems, including WMS.
• Assist in unloading containers, sorting, counting, and receiving stock into the Warehouse Management System.
• Collaborate in palletizing and organizing stock in the warehouse.
• Monitor stock levels on picking shelves and assist with stock replenishment.
• Participate in annual stocktakes and scheduled cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Comply with safety regulations by wearing appropriate safety gear, such as safety helmets, shoes, and clothing.
• Undergo necessary training to operate warehouse machinery effectively and safely.
• Provide support during warehouse sales, including potential weekend work and involvement in setup and teardown (bump in and bump out).
• Obtain or possess a forklift license is an added advantage and/or operate forklifts as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
