Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Executive to join our Human Resources team at CKD Malaysia, Kulim. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance with statutory requirements, and timely salary disbursement.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full-cycle monthly payroll processing accurately and within deadline
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, etc.)
• Verify attendance, overtime, shift allowance, and other payroll-related inputs
• Maintain accurate payroll records and employee data confidentiality
• Prepare payroll reports, management reports, and statutory submissions
• Handle employee queries related to salary and payroll matters
• Coordinate with HR/Admin on attendance, leave, and payroll discrepancies
• Support internal and external audits related to payroll

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in HR, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years payroll experience (Experience in Infotech will be an advantage)
• Experience in manufacturing environment is an added advantage
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and statutory contributions
• Experience using payroll system (e.g., Info-Tech or equivalent)
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
• Able to work under tight deadlines and handle large workforce payroll
