Job Details

  • Assist with client communications and relationship-building activities
  • Support appointment coordination and follow-up arrangements
  • Maintain accurate client records and information
  • Help organise client engagement initiatives and events
  • Provide administrative support for daily client-facing operations

Requirements

  • Local Polytechnic Diploma/Degree qualifications
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Comfortable interacting with clients and stakeholders
  • Prior customer service or client-facing experience is an advantage
