Experienced Application Support Analyst (L2) with strong expertise in troubleshooting complex application and data integration issues. Skilled in incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and ensuring system stability and performance. Proven ability to support business-critical systems, manage deployments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable IT solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide L2 technical support for all internal and external systems, both remotely and on-site.
• Monitor system health to ensure the platform stays stable and available for daily business tasks.
• Troubleshoot and fix system errors and integration issues within agreed time limits (SLAs).
• Manage data flow between platforms, including fixing issues with APIs and automated data transfers (ETL).
• Oversee period-end closing, ensuring all data is checked and accurate for business reports.
• Collaborate with developers, vendors and business users to solve complex technical problems that need extra attention.
• Analyze data to create clear and helpful reports for the business team.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 2 years in application support or a similar technical role.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and databases (preferred).
• Understanding of system integrations and data flows (preferred).
• Clear communication for both technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Strong documentation and organizational habits.
• Must be willing to participate in an on-call support rotation.
