Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate, located in Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The Sales Associate will directly engage with customers to provide a premium shopping experience, educate clients on the brand's luxury timepieces, and build long-term relationships with clientele. Additional responsibilities include achieving sales goals, managing inventory, maintaining an impeccable store appearance, and collaborating with the team to ensure seamless store operations.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships.
• Sales and retail experience, preferably in the luxury goods or high-end retail industry.
• Strong product knowledge, enthusiasm for luxury branding, and an ability to communicate brand story and values effectively.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage inventory and store display standards.
• Proficiency in verbal and written English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts based on store needs.
• Experience in watchmaking, luxury goods, or a related field is advantageous but not required.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
