System Engineer - Full time (fully onsite)

Location: Bangsar South, KL

Salary: RM 7,500 – RM 8,000/month

Industry: IT solutions and system integrator

Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end project lifecycle (assessment, planning, design, testing, troubleshooting, support, maintenance)

Perform preventive maintenance, create documentation & user guides

Install and test proof of concepts, ensure project timelines

Coordinate major escalations and drive process improvement

Manage vendor relationships and ensure SLAs are met

Conduct periodic service and maintenance reviews with customers

Key Requirements:

3–8 years hands-on experience with Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI) – Nutanix, Hyperflex, VSAN, Sangfor, VMware, HyperV, Redhat Virtualization

Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Exchange, SharePoint, SCCM, MSSQL

Backup solutions: Veeam, Commvault, Cohesity

Familiarity with Cloud, Linux, Redhat Openshift, Networking, SharePoint (advantage)

Strong communication skills in English

Willing to work beyond office hours if required.
