Role Description This is a full-time, remote Project Administrator role responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of projects across Insight Genesis – IGAi’s core verticals. The Project Administrator will assist project managers with scheduling, task tracking, and maintaining project documentation, ensuring teams stay aligned with timelines, budgets, and deliverables. Daily responsibilities include organizing virtual meetings, preparing status reports, updating project management tools, and coordinating communication between internal stakeholders and external partners. The role will also involve monitoring project risks and issues, supporting process improvements, and helping to standardize workflows across the organization. This position is well-suited to someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.

  • Administrative skills such as documentation management, meeting organization, and preparation of reports and presentations.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional, remote teams and external stakeholders.
  • Basic familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira, or similar) and productivity software (e.g., Google Workspace or Microsoft 365).
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Comfort working in a technology- and data-driven environment; interest in AI, human behavior, or the domains of finance, HR, education, or health is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with a high level of reliability and accountability.
  • Relevant education or experience in project administration, business, operations, or a related field; experience in startups or fast-growing companies is an advantage.
