The company develops and manages SPEED (SPEED2U), an eProcurement system designed for government agencies, state bodies, local municipalities, universities, banks, and corporate organizations. CDCi also operates and maintains the supplier registration system that supports seamless onboarding and participation of vendors. Currently, SPEED serves approximately 134,000 companies that are ready to transact with buyers through the platform. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Software Tester role based in Batu Caves. The Software Tester will design, execute, and document test cases for SPEED (SPEED2U) and related eProcurement applications, ensuring they meet functional and non-functional requirements. Responsibilities include identifying, analyzing, and reporting defects; verifying fixes; and collaborating closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners to clarify requirements and improve quality. The role involves performing regression, functional, integration, and user acceptance support testing, as well as contributing to test plans, test data preparation, and test environment readiness. The Software Tester will also help refine quality assurance processes, maintain testing documentation, and provide feedback to enhance system usability, performance, and reliability.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Software Testing and Quality Assurance, with hands-on experience in validating web-based or enterprise applications.
• Proficiency in Test Execution and designing clear, maintainable Test Cases that cover functional and regression testing needs.
• Solid Analytical Skills to interpret requirements, identify edge cases, and troubleshoot issues throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Experience with defect tracking and test management tools, and familiarity with SDLC and QA best practices.
• Attention to detail, structured documentation skills, and the ability to communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in eProcurement, fintech, or enterprise systems, and exposure to basic SQL or automation testing tools are advantageous.
