Penerangan Kerja

Tanggungjawab

  • To issue customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner
  • To key in purchase invoices and ensure proper recording in the system
  • To prepare and process Delivery Orders (DO) and Purchase Orders (PO)
  • To maintain proper documentation, filing systems, and records for audit purposes
  • To assist in stock take and ensure inventory records are updated accurately
  • To perform general administrative duties including data entry and document management
  • To handle incoming phone calls and emails in a professional manner
  • To provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations
  • To perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by management

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
