About the Role
Ultra View Innovation is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Technical Support to join our team. You will be the primary point of contact for our B2B clients, ensuring the seamless operation of our integrated technology solutions.
The ideal candidate bridges the gap between complex technology and user-friendly support, providing on-site and remote assistance to corporate and educational institutions.
Key Responsibilities
- On-Site Technical Support: Travel to various client sites (corporate offices, schools, and warehouses) to perform installations, hardware setups, and urgent troubleshooting.
- AV & ICT Deployment: Configure and maintain video conferencing systems, network hardware, and integrated digital solutions.
- Equipment Logistics: Manage the secure transport and setup of demo units and loaner equipment for client presentations and temporary replacements.
- System Maintenance: Conduct regular preventive maintenance checks on-site to ensure high operational uptime for client infrastructure.
- Client Training: Conduct face-to-face walkthroughs with clients to ensure they are comfortable operating newly installed systems.
Requirements
- Mandatory: Must possess own transport (car or motorcycle) and a valid driver’s license.
- Technical Proficiency: * Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and hardware troubleshooting.
- Experience with AV integration or corporate IT setups is a major advantage.
- Attributes: Highly mobile, punctual, and able to work independently at client locations.
- Communication: Ability to communicate professionally and clearly with business clients.
