To support shift operations in the Solution Preparation team, including buffer/solution preparation, equipment cleaning (parts washer), sterilization (autoclave), and assemblies preparation, ensuring compliance with GMP, safety, and production requirements.

Responsibilities:

Solution Preparation:

• Execute buffer/solution preparation activities per SOPs and batch records
• Perform dispensing, mixing, filtration, and transfer

Equipment Cleaning (Parts Washer):

• Operate washer cycles and monitor performance
• Ensure cleaning verification and clean hold time (CHT) control

Sterilization (Autoclave):

• Operate autoclave and ensure sterile hold time (SHT) compliance
• Record and review sterilization cycle data

Assemblies Preparation:

• Prepare tubing, filters, and components
• Ensure proper labelling and readiness

General Operations:

• Maintain GDP documentation
• Perform line clearance and report deviations

About You:

• Nitec/Diploma in Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, or related field
• Basic GMP knowledge, attention to detail, teamwork, ability to work in cleanroom
• Strong compliance mindset, accuracy, reliability

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month

Experience:

• Pharmaceutical : 1 year (Preferred)
• GMP: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
